Overall it was alright. It could use some editing. At one point Robin and Brix start referring to "Cam" as "her" before it is revealed to Brix that Cam is Camilla.
Near the end of the story the author keeps flipping back and forth between Slave Master and Weapon Master when referring to the same person, although the Slave Master and the Weapon Master are two different people, and only one of them was present during the discourse.
A good book. I have the 2 and 3 books.
Great story line with very believable characters. Can't wait to start the 2nd book in the Dragon Clan series.
I enjoyed the adventure of Camilla . Looking forward to read next book in this series . I would recommend to a friend .
I enjoyed the new fantasy land that Leroy created. Camilla is a wonderful character fighting for her place - any place - in a feudal society with dragons prowling the perimeter.
Great book & part of a terrific series.
I enjoyed this story very much. Especially the character of Camilla. Robin was another strong character. I thought Edward was weak but he did seem to grow up pretty fast.
